For most projects, we can provide you price quote within 24 hours. For some new design, we will try to give a very best quote within 2-3 days. |
4. How long will it take to receive my products? |
For general products, it will take 15 days to produce your products. For special colors, it will take 25days. But if we have stocks, we can ship immediately. |
5. Can I have my own design products? |
Yes, we accept OEM&ODM. If you have sample or design, we will give a quick response on molding time, mold charge. If you don’t have design, just tell us your idea and we will give our design according to your request. |
6. Is there a minimum order requirement? |
Due to the daily production capacity is very huge and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 10, 000 pcs per model, but we can help to do several color for choice. It is recommended for you to order a 20”GP or 40”HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost. |
7. Can I get a sample? |
Yes, for some stock items, we can send immediately. And for shipping charge, if you are new customer, only provide us FEDEX, DHLor TNT or UPS account for freight collect. If you are our old customer, we can send free samples exclude the certain items. If you want special decoration or printing, we can fast making samples in 7days based at reasonable sample charges. |
